Mandan, N.D. - Three men are wanted for committing crimes near the Backwater Bridge during anti-DAPL protest activities on October 27, 2016. Brennan Nastacio committed a terrorizing offense. Nastacio threatened an individual by walking toward him with a knife, causing him to fear for his safety. Michael Fasig and Israel Hernandez committed a reckless endangerment offense. Fasig and Hernandez rammed a truck driven by another individual, creating a substantial risk of serious bodily injury.
