US District Court Judge issued a decision on the Standing Rock Tribe’s appeal of the removal of the temporary restraining order halting construction east of Hwy 1806. The Judge reinstated the TRO prohibiting construction 20 miles east of Hwy 1806 until the status conference scheduled for September 16th. No other significant events occurred.
